Install vivado 24.1

First, download the web installer from NAS. For windows, download .exe file and just double click to open it; for linux, dowload .bin file and then run ./FPGAs_AdaptiveSoCs_Unified_2024.1_0522_2023_Lin64.bin in terminal.

When open, it looks like this. Click the Next button.

You need an AMD account to download and install vivado. Create one, if you don't have one.

If your account cannot download vivado (ie., your account is blocked), contact zhuhongming@bupt.edu.cn to seek help.

Select Vivado. We need Vivado!

Select Vivado ML Standard, because it's free.

Leaving it the default settings, click Next.

Check all the I Agree.

Set the installation directory, and check All users.

You must have the permissions to read/write/execute the installation directory!

Click Install.

It will take a long time to download and install vivado (about 1 hour and 30 minutes). And the f**king network often crashes.

Congradulations! Now you have vivado installed on your PC.
